We collect information about you when you contact us or place an order for products or
if you complete customer surveys. We also collect website usage information.
By contacting Superlum by any means you consent to our use of your personal data

What information do we collect about you?
The information we collect is limited to the minimum needed to continue contact and understand
what products you are interested in, i.e. your name, email address, position in your company,
company name, company address, type of products that you purchase or enquire about.

We will use your personal information to manage communication/business conducted between you and Superlum only.
Will we pass your information to anyone else?
NO. We do not ordinarily share your information with any third party, however in some situations such as
a request for technical support, which requires specialist input from one of our key component manufacturers then
we may put you in contact with that manufacturer in order to offer you the best possible technical support.
Key component manufacturers may have a far greater knowledge and expertise of their products than we would.
You will always have the option to opt out and rely solely on Superlum for technical support, simply say this when you submit your request.
